1. General
These terms govern the use of the site and the agreement between the user and Travelers in India.
Its instructions also apply to users not registered on the site.
Travelers in India may update the site, services, and terms from time to time, subject to law.
Nothing in these terms derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.
2. Site Services
The site serves as an info, community, planning, and service platform for Travelers in India.
Services and tools may include, among others:
- Assistance in preparing and submitting Indian visa applications;
- Assistance with FRRO, Exit Permit, and other bureaucratic services offered on the site;
- Onward Ticket;
- Transportation booking services;
- Booking flights, trains, buses, taxis, and vehicles;
- Hotel and accommodation booking services;
- Tours, activities and tourism services;
- Itinerary and route builder;
- The "My India" system;
- Destination guides, articles and traveler info;
- WhatsApp groups and community services;
- Calculators and planning tools;
- Automated and AI-based systems;
- Document upload, OCR, and information recognition and extraction from documents;
- User accounts and additional digital services.
The list is not exhaustive and services may change.
C-Form is not a Travelers in India service. When the system allows uploading a C-Form, it is used only as a supporting document for another service.
4. A visa is not a guarantee of entry to the country
Receiving a visa or travel authorization does not constitute a commitment by the State of India or any other country to allow the traveler entry.
The final decision regarding entry, stay, questioning, additional documents, or entry refusal rests with the competent authorities at the point of entry.
Travelers in India has no control over these decisions.
5. User responsibility for accuracy of details
This is a mandatory requirement for the service.
User is responsible for providing complete, accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
Before confirming or submitting the form, the user must verify all details, including name and English spelling, passport number, ID number, date and place of birth, citizenship, gender, issue and expiry dates, addresses, family details, employment details, previous travel, entry and exit dates, flight details, address in India, and any other detail in the application.
Check for errors in even a single letter, digit, or date.
If the user provided or confirmed incorrect, missing, or misleading information, they shall be responsible for the resulting consequences, subject to any law.
6. OCR, autofill and artificial intelligence
The site may use OCR, passport scanning, document recognition, data extraction, auto-fill, and AI.
These systems are aids only and may contain errors.
The fact that a field was auto-filled does not constitute confirmation by Travelers in India that the information is correct.
The user is responsible for the final review of all fields before confirmation and submission, including auto-filled fields.
Subject to law, Travelers in India is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect details provided or approved by the user, including details filled via OCR, autofill, or AI that could have been identified and corrected upon reasonable review.
This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and corrections after submission
Once the application is submitted to the authorities, it may not be possible to change or correct its details.
If a new submission, additional fee, or further processing is required due to incorrect or missing information provided or confirmed by the user, the additional service may incur an extra charge, subject to law.
Travelers in India does not guarantee that any authority will allow corrections to an application already submitted.
8. Responsibility for passport and travel documents
User is responsible for ensuring their passport is valid, intact, and meets travel requirements.
Receipt of a passport photo by the site or a successful scan does not confirm that the passport meets all entry requirements.
User is responsible for uploaded documents and their authenticity.
9. Information provided via WhatsApp, phone, or correspondence
When information provided via call, WhatsApp, or correspondence differs from the information confirmed in the form or order, the information confirmed via the website process shall prevail, unless Travelers in India has explicitly confirmed the change in writing.
User is responsible for updating us if there is a change in essential details.
10. Regulatory changes
Laws, immigration rules, visa requirements, fees, and entry regulations may change without notice.
Regulatory or governmental changes beyond the control of Travelers in India do not in themselves constitute a breach of commitment by Travelers in India.
We may adjust the service process to meet new requirements.
11. Tourism service brokerage
For some tourism services, Travelers in India acts as an intermediary, agent, or booking entity, while the actual service is provided by an independent supplier.
Suppliers may include drivers and transport companies, bus operators, railway companies, airlines, hotels and guesthouses, tour operators, guides, travel agencies, and local activity and service providers in India.
These providers are not employees of Travelers in India unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Subject to law, Travelers in India is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers beyond its control, including delays, cancellations, no-shows, route changes, service quality, vehicle condition, provider behavior, luggage loss, or schedule changes.
12. Third-party provider terms
In addition to these terms, external service bookings may be subject to the provider's terms, including cancellation, changes, No-show, luggage, arrival times, child policies, check-in/out, and refunds.
In case of conflict regarding a service performed by a supplier, the relevant terms shall apply subject to law and Travelers in India's obligations to the customer.
13. Lateness and No-show
User is responsible for arriving at the scheduled time and place for the booked service.
Non-arrival, lateness, providing an incorrect location, or user unavailability may be considered a No-show subject to the service provider's terms.
In such cases, a refund is not guaranteed, subject to law and booking terms.
14. Prices and availability
Prices and availability are subject to change until booking confirmation.
A price shown as "from", "estimated", "dynamic" or "quote required" is not a commitment to a final price.
Receiving a quote does not necessarily reserve a spot or price if the booking is not completed on time.
For third-party services, availability and price may be subject to provider approval.
15. Payment and booking confirmation
Payment does not necessarily constitute final confirmation from a third-party supplier when the service requires additional approval.
We may contact you to complete information, documents, pricing, or booking details.
16. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds will be processed according to law, service type, processing stage, and relevant supplier terms.
When an irreversible action has been performed, such as filing an application, paying a non-refundable fee, issuing a document, or purchasing from a supplier with a no-cancellation policy, refund limitations may apply, subject to law.
Nothing in these terms derogates from cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived by law.
17. Force majeure and circumstances beyond control
Subject to law, Travelers in India will not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as war, security events, terrorism, riots, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, monsoons, floods, landslides, snow, road blocks, airport or border closures, government decisions, power/internet outages, large-scale system failures, or other force majeure events.
18. Trip Builder, "My India" and AI tools
Routes, recommendations, budget estimates, and automated tool results are for planning assistance only.
There is no guarantee that a route will be the most suitable for the user, or that information regarding availability, price, travel time, weather, roads, altitude, security, or terrain will be accurate at all times.
User is responsible for verifying essential information before making a decision.
19. Weather, altitude, and health
Information regarding weather, altitude, acclimatization, treks, road conditions, health, or safety is for general information only.
It does not constitute medical, safety, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified authority.
20. AI-generated content
Automatically generated content, answers, itineraries, or recommendations may contain errors.
Regarding essential information such as e-Visa, borders, health, safety, transport, weather, or official requirements, users must verify current info before acting.
21. אישור הזמנת טיסה זמנית (כרטיס פיקטיבי)
זהו אישור להזמנת טיסה זמנית עם אסמכתת הזמנה (PNR), ולא כרטיס טיסה משולם או אישור עלייה למטוס. תוקף ההזמנה מוגבל, לרוב כ־48–72 שעות, והיא עשויה להשתחרר מוקדם יותר.
המסמך עשוי לשמש כהוכחת יציאה, אך קבלתו תלויה בדרישות חברת התעופה, מדינת היעד והרשויות. אין התחייבות לקבלתו בצ׳ק־אין, בביקורת גבולות או בבקשת ויזה.

לאחר הנפקה ומסירת אישור תקין על בסיס הפרטים שמסרתם, בדרך כלל לא ניתן לקבל החזר עקב טעות בפרטים, שינוי החלטה, סירוב ויזה, אי־קבלת המסמך על ידי רשות או פקיעת ההזמנה. כשל בהפקה מצד השירות או חיוב כפול ייבדקו לצורך תיקון או החזר, בכפוף לדין ולזכויות הצרכן.
ההזמנה עשויה להשתחרר מוקדם מהצפוי. במקרה של שחרור מוקדם בידי חברת התעופה, נבדוק אפשרות להפקת הזמנה חלופית באותו מסלול או זיכוי בהתאם לנסיבות, למגבלות השירות ולדין. הזמנה ממתינה עשויה להתבטל לפני הנפקתה בהתאם למצב הטיפול; לאחר מסירת PDF והזמנה פעילה, לא מובטח זיכוי בגין ביטול.
22. The community and WhatsApp groups
Community participation is subject to community rules.
Travelers in India may remove users or content due to rule violations, spam, unauthorized advertising, harassment, impersonation, or illegal activity.
Information, recommendations, or posts by community members do not constitute an endorsement or approval by Travelers in India unless explicitly stated.
23. Transactions between community members
Travelers in India is not a party to private transactions between community members just because the parties met through the website or WhatsApp groups.
Subject to law, Travelers in India is not responsible for disputes arising from such private transactions.
24. User content
When a user publishes or submits content for publication in the community or on the site, they declare they have the right to do so.
To the extent content is intended for publication, the user grants Travelers in India a non-exclusive license to use it as needed to operate the community and website, subject to law and privacy policy.
25. Free information
Publishing free information on the site does not constitute a commitment to provide personal advice, handling, booking, or paid services for free.
26. Prohibited use
Do not use the site for fraud, impersonation, forgery, hacking, bypassing payments, scraping, bot activity, unauthorized API use, database copying, fake accounts, privacy violations, malware distribution, or illegal acts.
27. User accounts and suspension
Travelers in India reserves the right to suspend or block an account in cases of reasonable suspicion of fraud, document forgery, technical attacks, misuse, or material breach of terms.
Account suspension does not affect user rights regarding already paid transactions, as per law.
28. Transaction denial and Chargeback
In case of chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud, Travelers in India may store and present required info and evidence to the payment provider or authorities to resolve the dispute, per law and privacy policy.
29. External sites and services
The site may include links or integrations with third-party services.
Their use may be subject to their own terms and privacy policy.
Travelers in India has no control over the availability or operation of external systems.
30. Intellectual Property
Rights to the "Metailim Hodu" brand, logo, design, original content, guides, databases, software, systems and tools belong to their lawful owners.
Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, perform scraping, create a competing database, or make unauthorized commercial use of the content.
31. Site availability
There is no guarantee that the website or its systems will be available without interruption.
Maintenance, upgrades, high load, glitches, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
32. Limitation of liability
Subject to law, Travelers in India is responsible for acts and omissions under its direct responsibility only.
Travelers in India shall not be liable for damage resulting from incorrect information provided or confirmed by the user, authority decisions, acts or omissions of independent suppliers, unreasonable reliance on general information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
33. Privacy and data security
Collection and use of personal data are subject to the Travelers in India privacy policy.
The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use.
33.1. Analytics (PostHog and Google Analytics)
Subject to your consent only, the site uses PostHog and Google Analytics 4 for statistical measurement of usage: pages viewed, traffic sources, tools used, and booking progress. Purpose: to improve the site, content, and the e-Visa application process. No services are loaded before consent.
Data collected: page path without parameters or identifiers, device and browser type, general referral source and campaign, form step number, service type and visa type from a predefined list, and a random identifier stored in the browser (Google Analytics uses cookies named _ga for this). No names, emails, phone numbers, booking numbers, passport details, documents, photos, form content, payment details, precise location or Google account details are sent. Screen recording, automatic click and keystroke tracking, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled.
PostHog data is stored on EU servers. Google Analytics data is processed by Google, including potential processing outside the EU, per Google's terms. The site does not attach IP addresses to measurement data; however, the IP address is transmitted during communication with service servers as part of any internet connection and may be processed by them according to their settings (Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses per Google's statement). Measurement data is kept for the period defined by each provider, and you may request its deletion.
Consent is not a condition for using the site. You can refuse, change, or withdraw consent at any time via "Privacy Preferences" at the bottom of the site; after withdrawal, measurement stops immediately. The retention and deletion policy for visa documents is regulated separately.
34. Change of service and terms
Travelers in India may update services, features, and conditions from time to time, subject to law and existing obligations.
The version published on the site is the latest version.
35. Law and jurisdiction
The terms and conditions and the engagement with Travelers in India shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction shall be determined according to applicable law.
Nothing in this section derogates from any mandatory consumer rights.
